Questions we hear
My internet provider gave me a router. Do I still need a gateway?
Usually, yes. A provider's router is designed mainly to get you online; it usually isn't set up to separate guests from staff or enforce the firewall rules a business needs.
Will the installation disrupt our business?
Most of the build can happen while you're open. The cutover is the part that interrupts service, so we plan its timing with you.
